MAIDAN: POINT OF NO RETURN

The film aims to present to the Armenian public the post-Soviet history of Ukraine, the attempts at revolutions and civil movements, as well as the will and efforts of the Ukrainian people demonstrated in the fight against Russian occupation.

The author of the documentary, Tigran Paskevichyan, says: “If I am asked why an Armenian documentary filmmaker resorted to this topic, I would say, despite the fact that the film presents the history of Ukraine, its main topic can equally be applied to Armenia’s history of achieving independence and the efforts of cherishing it in the early 1990s.”
