Opened in October 2018 at the Contemporary Art Center in Yerevan, this exhibition featured the works of renowned French-Armenian cartoonist René Hoviv. His career spanned collaborations with prominent French publications from the 1960s until his death in 2005. The exhibition later traveled to Gyumri’s Gallery 25.

This exhibition showcased the 1946-49 Armenian repatriation, highlighting the hopes and disillusionments of migrants, Stalinist repression, and the 1949 mass deportations, shedding light on the hardships of life under Soviet totalitarianism.
